We’ve been watching the rise of the green smoothie for the past few years. Not until recently have we decided to implement this nutrient rich smoothie into our daily regimen but let us tell you we are so glad we did! This mineral and antioxidant packed smoothie gives your body an energy boost and helps satiate hunger. Filled with fiber, this is a great way to get your daily vitamins without having to pop supplements.

Ingredients

1 handful Spinach

1 handful Kale

1/2 Avocado

2 inches Cucumber Slices

1/4 cup Diced Celery

Juice from half a Lemon

1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger

3/4 cup of Water

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy!
